Chief Sales Officer
Plamen Bachev is a proven leader with nearly 20 years of experience in real estate management, including 11 years in senior leadership roles. He has successfully handled major transactions with remarkable results, collaborating with investment funds, banks, and developers at both local and international levels. As a member of the RICS board for Central and Eastern Europe and an ambassador for RICS, he is a key figure in advancing strategies, sustainability, and digitalization within the industry.

Engineer Ventsislav Krastev acts as the COO at Vaisman Investment Group and sits on the VIG Board of Directors.
